I think this is one of the nicest and most affordable house in Angelus Oaks right now and you will not have to climb up or down stairs to get to the cabin. It features three bedrooms and two bathrooms. One bedroom and bath downstairs. Technically, the third bedroom is an open loft but it does have a closet, so let's call it a bedroom. Or call it an office. Whatever. Home has had some nice upgrades including the big kitchen, floors, deck, roof, paint and some other areas that you will notice. It even has a separate laundry room. The front yard needs some trimming and clean up and we are working on that. Other than that, this cute house is ready for new owners. Angelus Oaks is located about 12 miles from Yucaipa and the big cities of Redlands and Loma Linda are just a few miles further, in case you need to commute to work every day. If you like mountain living, this is the place to be.

Little creeks meander among the cabins in the Barton Flats Tract of cabins. In winter the paved Barton Road is plowed by the County to make access in the snowy months much easier. Of course this cabin sits on U. S. Forest Service Land on a 20 year special use permit. Since you would own the cabin but not the land be aware that financing is unavailable, the exterior portion of the cabin may not be changed in any way without Forest approval and permanent residency is prohibited and Air B&B’s use is not allowed.
